This is my first time brewing ever, the batch I started Jan. 4th was BB American Light. It sat in fermenter for a full 5 days with a reading of 1.006 at transfer time to carboy. Its been in the carboy for 5 days now. The temperatures are usually 66-70 according to thermometer on carboy. Well I accidentally left my brew belt on and got the batch up to 79. The temp wasn't held for long maybe an hour tops. Am I screwed and did kill the yeast. I was going to bottle next Sunday and have my first beer on Sunday Feb 6, the super bowl. Will my bottles carbonate? Thanks in advance

I have left my brewbelt on overnight on accident and it got warmer than the fermometer would read. It was after active fermentation. Beer turned out great.
