Well, I was driving the kitchen tonight as most nights, making dinner as well as a some extra for lunchs the rest of the week, while drinking a beer that I also made, and thought how there is nothing better than Homebrew. Just like everything else I try to do at home, it is made by my own hands and very satisfying. I drank a #9 first off, since I have a #9 clone in the sec and wanted to have the taste fresh in my mind before I take a sample, and afte drinking it, decided to have some Banshee's Brother. Down to 2L left, since I gave some to a fellow brewer co-worker, and cracked my last ,5L tonight. Oh the lament.

Anywho, just wanted to tell someone who would appreciate one of those "I love brewing" moments.

Yes there's something magical and zen about homebrew. I have these moments everytime I'm out back of my house, with the BBQ on, quaffing a homebrew and staring contentedly into the forest. Pure heaven!
