That's not her in the pic on the mirror....but yeah. She is way hotter than....heck your grandma is probably way hotter than me right now (even if she's no longer alive.) LOL

I'm actually pretty proud of my neice/goddaughter, she was a talented dancer and she turned down dance scholarships and even invitations to dance companies to go MSU on a debate scholarship, got a pretty good ride in Michigan State's public policy college, and pre-law. Her only drawbacks are her choice of MSU as a college and her decision to be a vegan....

Ha, damn.

Not too bad actually. My leg pain is completely gone, which is awesome; I'm still sore from the operation, but that's expected. I'm on some Oxycodone at the moment since I want to get a good night's sleep but I'm definitely not going to need it in the daytime.

Revvy, what is your med schedule like, will you be on a load of pills forever, or do you get to ease off most of them after a while and just be on a minimum of meds. My father used to gripe that he had to take so many pills in the morning he didnt have room for breakfast. but he had an artificial valve put in.

I take a bunch of blood pressure and cholesteral drugs, and blood rate controlling drugs both after my morning bolus of food, then a couple more at bedtime, plus the bayer aspirin. And pain killers. I've been gobbling them like popcorn, but I'm gonna try to go a little easier on them today.

Since I've got the oniker valve there are no blood thinners. Or anti rejection meds to contend with. Thank god.

And my understanding is all of these drugs will be played with and tweaked as the weeks progress. I follow up with my cardiologist next tuesday, and then see the surgeon a week later, so I may not even be on the same drugs by the end of the month.
