So I'v been brewing for about 4 years and finally made the leap to all-grain within the last year. I'v also been coming to HBT for the better part of that time but finally decided to join because a buddy has won some awesome stuff for being a member and I wondered why not me?
Anyways this place is great and my skills have grown exponentially reading the threads. Currently i'am building a temperature control chamber (stc-1000/chest freezer) and plan on brewing a Hazelnut milk stout next weekend..Cheers and beards!!
