Oh yeah, I'm sure when I get into it, I'll be quote from it...It also has some interesting recipes for nearly every style of beer, and they are a mix of AG and extract recipes.

There was even one for an All Grain Ginger Beer, that I might have to try.

ohhh ginger beer, i have been thinking about a batch for over a year now... the last one i did was at least 3 years ago... made it from a soda kit and then spiked it by adding double the ammout of sugar and fermenting with champagne yeast... was the best i have ever had and it was gassy as hell... could belch half the alphabet on one swallow... needed to be in champagne bottles with the corks wired down so tight it scratched some of the bottle... just to give you an idea of how gassy it was it went funk with a bottle left so we tuned it upside down on a pain stick as a prop and loosen the cork and applied a blow tourch to the bottom of the bottom of the bottle... after a few seconds the cork blew and the bottle shot up twenty feet in and arc and smashed agist the side of the highschool from 60 yards... oh did i say highschool... i ment paint shed....
