I have all but given up. This will be the fourth attempt at using it and it is doing the same thing. Not giving me any gravity readings at all, stays at 1.004. I went into the config and redid it all, including taking off the SG in brackets at the end of the name I gave it. I am beyond frustrated. If anybody is interested in it, I bought it for 50 bucks with shipping and will gladly offer it to anyone who wants it for the same 50 dollars I paid. Only caveat is you have to wait for this batch of beer to be done as the unit is in the beer now doing nothing but floating. The bummer is, it worked the first time and was really cool to monitor, so I am sure it is user error. OK, rant off. LOL.
