Just got some municipal water tested (I'll let you guess where it's from, it's not my local water) and the results are pretty funny (IMO):

pH 7.4
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Est, ppm 46
Electrical Conductivity, mmho/cm 0.08
Cations / Anions, me/L 0.6 / 0.5

Sodium, Na 9
Potassium, K < 1
Calcium, Ca 3
Magnesium, Mg < 1
Total Hardness, CaCO3 12
Nitrate, NO3-N 0.2 (SAFE)
Sulfate, SO4-S < 1
Chloride, Cl 10
Carbonate, CO3 < 1.0
Bicarbonate, HCO3 8
Total Alkalinity, CaCO3 7
Total Phosphorus, P 0.35
Total Iron, Fe 0.05

I'm like 95% sure that's my water! Portland, Maine Water District, straight outta Sebago Lake!
My water gets zero pre-treatment. That's why.

The water in Sebago Lake is so clean the Water District has a waiver exempting it from filtration requirements. :D

Straight out of the tap on Munjoy Hill ;)

It's the best tasting municipal water I've ever had.
