Just joined the forums and wanted to say hello to everyone. The content here is pretty overwhelming!
I've bottled 4 or 5 beers in the past few years, but am starting to get a bit more serious and having just been in London, have my mind set on trying some cask conditioning (so any pointers in that direction are welcome). I'm also very interested in all things DIY (cheese, sausage, kegerators, etc).
Looking forward to digging in and looking at what sort of setups people are using.
