Is this pump sufficient for CIP sprayball?

Starting to accumulate parts to upgrade my plastic conical with a glycol chilling system and I want to set it up for CIP at the same time.

Is 1/2 HP enough power for the a CIP sprayball?

Found one of these for cheap on craigslist.

I use a 1 HP on mine. I can say that mine works very well, I can't say if it would work just with half the power.

I can say that a 1/4hp does NOT work.
