Yes I know it's one of these oh no not again questions... but if anyone could comment on this I would appreciate it. I have had an ale in fermenter for 2 weeks now, used the verdant ale yeast for first time. I don't think any of my previous brews have had this bubbly surface before, after 2 weeks. Is it something normal or something strange going on?
