So my kolsch yeast hasn't been fermenting like crazy like usual at 62 degrees. Popped open the fermenter today and saw this odd picture. I've never popped open a fermenter before 10 days before so I have no idea if this is normal. It doesn't look like the normal mold i see on this forum, but it doesn't look normal to me?

That's just the remnants of the krausen falling back into the beer. Yeast mostly,as ales are top cropping yeasts.:mug:
 
As others have said, totally normal. For your future mold identification needs, mold will pretty much always be fuzzy.
