I pitched dry yeast US05 about 16 hrs ago and I know some got stuck to the neck of the carboy it's what tan little specks so I left it alone but now it looks kind of whitish I sanitized everything really good should I leave this alone or wipe it out will the yeast specks turn into a bad mold intime

I vote it's yeast, and leave it alone.
Yeast is a mold species(a good kind), but it won't turn into another species(a bad kind).
You're AOK.

Yeast! Leave it alone. I always get that when I just dump yeast into a carboy and don't use a funnel. It just sticks to the side and starts fermenting the little bit of sugary wort on the side.

Alright thanks guys i'm a rookie so every little things worries me i didn't think it was mold or an infection i sanitized everything vigorously
