Is this ladybug larvae?

Found these on my Mt. Hood. Should I kill them or let them be?

It's a little difficult to tell from the picture, but it looks like they are good guys.

They look a little like them. But they also look like something unknown to me I saw on my hops last year. Lady bug eggs are usually tinted yellowish, not pure white, and the larva don't hang out and tend the other eggs, they go out and eat aphids. A better pic would help.
