Is this bad beer?

I started to bottle my first all grain batch today, a fat tire clone. When I opened athe fermenter that was a moldy appearing skim on top. I am afraid to keg. Is this mold or bacteria. the beer is clourdy. It fermented for one month. Help
 
What does it taste like, and what's the specific gravity?
 
It sounds infected, but t ArcaneXor's point, how does it taste/smell? It may not be a lost cause yet...
