Is this an infection?

Is there anything I can go....or just dump it. I tasted it and it tastes like stout.

if it tastes fine then you can bottle it! Only time will tell what it is if you leave it in the fermenter. Check this thread out.

Yeah, that's infected. Probably lacto...

If you intend on keeping it, drink it quick.
