I was checking in on my IIPA when I noticed this clumpy stuff floating on top. Any idea what it is?

It's not stringy and looks like some sort of coagulation.

My last IPA looked like that. It was the first time I used washed yeast and irish moss, but I think it was the irish moss that caused it (maybe not). It eventually dropped to the bottom.
 
It's toast, gone, uber infected.

This is my first time using this particular yeast as well as irish moss... so if it's one of those two things, I'll keep an eye out for it in the future.

FWIW this is day 15/21.
