Is this a good keg conversion kit?

Hi all,
Getting tired of bottling and I have two ball corny kegs already. Does this look to be a good kit?

Well, they don't list the brand of the faucets, and from what I'm told (I still use picnic taps), you get what you pay for with those faucets. Other than that, you could compare by pricing the pieces at like morebeer.com or another place.
