So over the past couple of days I have noticed some odd white looking things in my beer. Now, it could just be the yeast, and part of the whole fermentation thing, who knows. Most likely (I hope) I am worrying for nothing, just never noticed this before.

The first pic is me tilting the carboy and these things flying to the surface, the second pic is them just sitting there.

I am thinking its just some yeast riding and air bubble up!

Man, do I feel dumb if its nothing!!! :drunk:

And taking off the airlock real quick to see if there was an off smell, some filtered water fell in....

Looks like yeast to me, fermentation can be pretty ugly, with clumps of yeast floating all around, and to see a carboy with its own currents inside, those clumps caught up and swirling around can freak a new brewer out for sure.

Relax and enjoy the show!
