Hi. I got a recipe that I wanted to try but it's All Grain. I don't have anything large enough to do the mash, so I wanted to check if there is an equivalent, or something close, available in Extract form.

Grain:
11 lb 2-row malt (68%)
2 lb white wheat (20%)
.75 lb caramel 15L (5%)
.5 lb dextrose (3%)
.5 lb carapils (3%)

You can use extra light DME or LME for the 2-row and do a mini-mash with the other grains in a grain bag at 148-154 F. Wheat malt has to be mashed. You can use a wheat extract, but that is usually 50/50 wheat and barley, so adjust accordingly.
