I did the Northerbrewer Oatmeal Cookie Brown Ale BIAB (my first venture into all grain). The only thing I added that wasn't in the package was Clarity Ferm.

My OG was 1.066. After two weeks in primary and one week in secondary it's at 1.024. I measured it when it went into secondary and it was 1.024 so it hasn't changed at all in a week. Also no new krausen has formed on top.
Is that low enough? The kits never give an estimated FG. I tried to put the recipe into Beersmith 1.4 but I couldn't find the exact ingredients (new to Beersmith).
