Hey Everyone, new to this, thanks in advance for your patience.

First batch, Brewers Best, English Pale Ale. Followed instructions pretty close, real careful with sanitization, hit OG really close, added fill water, pitched yeast, stirred well, locked it up, no problem.

Brewed Saturday, vigorous fermenting by Sunday afternoon, today, Tuesday, most all foam is gone from surface but still popping bubbles. (Lock bubbles every 30 -45 seconds) Looks like it is still going but slow. Am I being paranoid or is this normal. Also, when should I check gravity, I don't want to disturb it if I don't have to. Temp has been between 65-70 deg.

Thanks, Lee

That sounds about right. Keep it under 70 degrees if possible, and wait until Saturday before taking a SG reading. If you're using a secondary, you can transfer the beer on Sunday if the SG is unchanging over a couple of days.

If you're not using a "secondary", wait two weeks or longer, and then take the SG reading. You can bottle it if the SG doesn't change over three days.
