is my beer infected? (pics)

this is a ruination clone steeped grain and lme.
It sat in the primary for 7 days then i racked to secondary it is in its 10th day in the secondary. the white floaties in the secondary are floating about a half inch from the surface. they dont look fuzzy but more like white bugurs. what do u think? infected or not infected that is the question
