Sat for a month after fermentation in basement aftwr a coldcrash. Was a lager. Dont have the recipe handy. I think i pitched a dry pack of lager yeast.german strain. Ok

finished about 1.007. Didnt check it before i kegged it. Smelled fine.
 
That is a pellicle.

The pellicle indicates the presence of wild microbes, and oxygen in the headspace. We can't determine which microbes are present without microbiological testing.

It's safe to drink.
If the flavor is ok, it's fine to package. It'll probably be all right.

If you bottle, make sure to monitor at least weekly for a while to make sure it doesn't over-carbonate. Keep in the fridge once carbonated if possible.

Clean your equipment thoroughly.
