Am doing a lager at moment and the best temp is outside now it is coming winter is this normal or ok?
 
if you can maintain consistent temps, I'd say this is fine. I think you should only be concerned if there's temp fluctuations...my 2cents.
 
Yeast don't like temperature swings. You might try wrapping it in something to insulate it so it keeps the same temp throughout the day.
