i used a commercial bottle malz(non-alcoholic malt drink) to cultivate it and got something wrong like this
anyone can tell me whats happen,is it infect?
 
Looks like krausen to me. I've had many starters that looked similar to that. I'd probably smell it. If it smells like yeast and alcohol then it's yeast. If it smells sour or nasty then it's broken.
 
looks like starter from hell but it could be just result of using malz that im assuming is dark beverage so like chump said smell it, taste it if its like beer/yeast then i would go ahead and step it up, for the future though i would use DME or light wort for starters
