I'd never heard of "Desert Ghost" (Arizona Wilderness Brewing collaboration) until now. That sounds fascinating. Someone has tried it on Untappd. Anyone have more info on it?

Having a 2013 Pissenlit, pretty sure this was mislabeled and is Noel. Stunningly good, but nothing like Pissenlit.

decided to crack this yesterday to break in my recently acquired glass on the left
Sante 16 (August 2012 bottle)
this had no cork, but as you can see still loads of nice carb. to be honest this didn't have a ton going on despite the beautiful appearance. while it wasn't the most complex tome i've had it was still very solid..like sipping on funky bitter oranges...pretty one note but still enjoyable. lots of funk of course and it followed the same theme throughout as it warmed up. not bad at all.

Where do i even begin with this bottle? for being almost 7 years old the cork came out super clean...very little residue inside the cap. really nice carb...super clean pour and as it settled the head is basically the same now. the aroma is just herbs, basement funk, wet grass. really creamy mouth feel, carb is damn near perfect...nice mild citrus with a hint of lemon that lingers. i don't see this bottle slowing down anytime soon, definitely a real treat. easily the most complex tome i've had ..very enjoyable. every sip is just super bright...really mellow and doesn't taste like 8% at all. perfect summer beer.

We had Sante 12, 14, 15, 17, and 18 together recently and 15 was by far the best, followed by 14 with no close third. I at least thought 18 was the least good of the bunch (though 17 was only marginally better, neither very enjoyable). But 18 was very young then and will probably be getting better with time.

Was Sante 15 barrel aged? Its sour, funky character reminded me of Gueuze.
