Finding doriWhat's playing?
Printemps lot aj 13 bb end 2018
Full on geyser when the cork came out. Lost more than half the bottle which is sad because the liquid inside was gold.
Also had this batch recently. Cork popped out and made the loudest sound I've ever heard from a corking in my life. Gushed a bit but I had glasses ready and caught it, it didn't shoot everywhere like some Tomes I've had. It was fantastic. That batch of Printemps was unreal. I knew it would be a gusher because it was cloudy af, even after sitting upright for several months. Luckily I was prepared. But I need more.
Black or gold cap, I think that's one of the newer batches right?![]()
This is fantastic. Doesn't seem like it's anywhere near 8%. Much lighter bodied than other Tomes. Refreshing as hell.
Black cap. Just recently popped up on the shelves here.Black or gold cap, I think that's one of the newer batches right?

Really nice beer. Also on the lighter side. Vibrant citrus notes. Maybe a little too "clean".
Yah, that batch is alive, coated about 10' of my ceiling and took about an ounce through the nose. Snortin 'tome or go home.Printemps lot aj 13 bb end 2018

I remember when all the Band-Aid, smokey Tomes were out and this batch dropped amazing as can be. It was probably the beer that made me fall in love with Fantome's weirdness.![]()
I purchased this in Feb 2014 - so I always presumed this was from the 2013 smoke era. Zero smoke notes.
This one is on the opposite end of the spectrum from the FTowne post. It's a bit sweet and drinks heavier than 8%. Dominated by typical Fantome yeast. Good stuff.
Good luck!![]()

Doming a tome in preparation for court tomorrow. Representing myself pro se after having to fire my lawyer for being a Gobshite (bellend?). This should be fun, always wanted to be a lawyer and had a knack for it, let's see how this turns out!

Fantastic as they always are! I could live on an island with just Sur Lie.Good luck!
The cap writing is the only way I'm able to keep track, he uses the same date code across multiple batches, so I just mark as I get them. That's Sur Lie '16 April bottling. How is it?

Sante 16 (August 2012 bottle)
this had no cork, but as you can see still loads of nice carb. to be honest this didn't have a ton going on despite the beautiful appearance. while it wasn't the most complex tome i've had it was still very solid..like sipping on funky bitter oranges...pretty one note but still enjoyable. lots of funk of course and it followed the same theme throughout as it warmed up. not bad at all.

drinking this now -
2010 Hiver
Where do i even begin with this bottle? for being almost 7 years old the cork came out super clean...very little residue inside the cap. really nice carb...super clean pour and as it settled the head is basically the same now. the aroma is just herbs, basement funk, wet grass. really creamy mouth feel, carb is damn near perfect...nice mild citrus with a hint of lemon that lingers. i don't see this bottle slowing down anytime soon, definitely a real treat. easily the most complex tome i've had ..very enjoyable. every sip is just super bright...really mellow and doesn't taste like 8% at all. perfect summer beer.

I'd buy a couple more at that price, but that is because around here they are still at $28 a pop.Just noticed a local store has numerous art series Tomes. The owner said they were older. Please educate me on these someone, please. Before I drop $22

However, each time ive had it, it has grown on me. To the point that I only have but maybe 1 or 2 left and ill likely be pissed that I didnt have more when I drink my last one.

Funny all the stuff that flys off the shelf there now and those bottles have been sitting there for years.#pickitupbro
