Is it just or does this stuff smell like a fruity tart Fantome... o_O

It might be all the Fantomes I've been drinking for the past week straight? Ohhh well my clothes are gonna smell like a Saison, without spilling any real beer on them ;)
don't drink it

Just quaffed a 2005 Ete. Fascinating. Still tasted super fresh - woulda been fun to see what even more age would've done to this.

Tasted exactly like someone had melted a Orange creamsicle, into a gin & tonic. Looked about like that too -- cloudy pale orange. Hints of juniper, mint, lime, vanilla, orange. Very citrusy. Tart. Very strange - I've never had anything like it - and absolutely delicious.

Enjoyed with two friends who are ambivalent about Fantome (still have found nobody in Central Florida who shares my enjoyment). One said it was the strangest tasting beer ever they had, but both thoroughly enjoyed it. Very glad to have had an opportunity to taste - and share - this one.
pops a 2005 tome and doesn't take any pictures
