i think around 2000 years .. possible the middle one from 1995 ..
Dany, must be older than 95 or 2000 right?, or did you use this different bottle shape for export to another market? The 1994 Noel bottle that I had was in the normal champagne style bottle with a metal cap, not the cage over the cork like these.

Was wondering the same thing. All my bottles from the 90's are normal cork/capped 750's. Though...some of the glass shapes are slightly smaller and different shades of green glass.

So happy you're back!

Just to be clear you are talking about Coffee Ruby Dark and not "regular" Coffee Ruby? I don't know that I got chili but definitely got coffee and chocolate in the regular one. Cheers!

X post from the NE forum.

There is a faint smokiness. Its there but some really backseat ****. I'm getting a ton of funk, nice tart lemony notes, pepper and I'm getting some mushroom flavors as well. Not the bomb tome **** I crave. For five bucks this is an okay experience. With the bottle variations in the older **** I wouldn't be shocked to find a baller saison in this bunch.

I can't put into words just how amazing this beer is.
Part of me hates not discovering fantome years of yester so I could fully develop the complete appreciation.
On the other hand, I'm glad to have discovered them at a poont that everything is completely dialed in and release after release is banging.
Thank you danyP .

Tried Coffee Ruby for the first time... totally not what I was expecting! Oddly fruity, really well balanced by the bitterness. Not like anything I've tasted before. Surprised to see this only has 3.5 on Untappd... and yes, I know nobody here takes that app seriously, but I don't often run into beers that are significantly underrated there.

K&L still has a ton of them left.

Definitely need to give the standard Saison another try... the first one I had was a bit flat and I didn't love it. (Unless it's supposed to be that way?)
