RIGHT?!?!$&!
*logs in to etre*
Not sure if this will help, but:
It's the American label, so it might be bad. On the other hand, it's Fantome, so it might be awesome.
Yep, that helps.
(I bought 3 Saison, 2 Printemps because I loved this batch so very much, 1 Coffee Ruby because I hear good things, and another Dalmatienne because I thought my bottle was terrible but everyone else loves it so giving it another shot)
Sante 19. At least 1 bottle should be on everyone's order list. Don't let the other years scare you. This one is $$!
Is that magic ghost 6e? **** me.![]()
Heaven
I should probably be voted off talkbeer for leaving before the tome was openedCan confirm. Source: I drank the other half of this bottle.
I still haven't cracked my only 19 yet. Was waiting for others' opinions, but it seems pretty unanimous that it's really good. I actually really liked 18, too, and seem to be in the minority.
As I fill out my order, I'm sure more 19 will make it into the cart.
18 was the first Sante I had. I enjoyed it a lot.People that didnt like 18 are stupid.
Yes, a couple pages back we made the discovery that the batch on the shelves in the US was different from what was sold in eurolandia.Has there been more than one batch of Coffee Ruby? Meaning is the one from 2014 the only one? And if there's been more than one are they pretty similar?
EDIT: I'm aware of course that Coffee Ruby Dark exists and is a different thing, I'm talking about whether there were two batches of the regular Coffee Ruby, to be clear.

Newest batch i hear actually contains coffee character, the OG batch does not. In fact, the OG coffee ruby is a very clean and simple beer by tome standards.

15 was the one that might have been possibly brewed with marijuana? That was great.Sante 14 and 15 were the first I had, and both were fantastic. 18...uh, not so much. Put me in the stupid camp I guess.

I thought they all were? At least just with a bit. Hence the "spices/secrets."15 was the one that might have been possibly brewed with marijuana? That was great.
This has been a well documented issue.Anyone here on the west coast have trouble with etre gourmet shipments getting through LAX customs? Joana Yau from etre gourmet wrote this,
"Thank you for your order.
For a few weeks now, some customers from the West Coast (especially California) have been experiencing troubles with the LAX Customs and some boxes were returned to us (around 20% are being refused).
Therefore we have delayed the shipment of your box until we informed you of this."
IMO 15 was funky lemonade and one of my favorite Santes15 was the one that might have been possibly brewed with marijuana? That was great.
There is no certainty with anything tome related. Etre now specifies the year (if they know it) and will state if something is a new batch or not. Regarding Euro vs US bottles/batches I really dont know...I just assume that since their was a significant delay between the batches and all ive heard being picked up on the shelf in the states were newer label coding.Cool, so are we fairly confident that one batch was only in Europe and one only in U.S.? The one I've had was from Europe and unless I go out of my way to trade, that would be true of any future bottles I have too, so I'm mainly wondering if I need to worry about which batch I get on any future Belgian orders. Well, and also whether it's worth seeking out the U.S. one. I quite liked the bottle I had even though I agree, very little coffee character, mainly a kind of bitterness that could probably as easily have been from hops.
ISO12 was like weed and thai food
