I am in love with this beer! Absolutely phenomenal! Very easy drinking but still a kick in the abv department. Mango and fruit radiate from the glass and each sip can be monitored on the side of the glass as it is being drank. One in your mouth you get hit with a well rounded bitterness that has a punch of hop flavor, rye spiciness, and wheat tart. Next time i want to sub zythos for Amarillo for a whole new experience. Maybe i'll add home grown sterling to the mix as well for a little extra spicy/noble tone. Enjoy!
