Irish Red Ale

My team bottled our Irish Ale this weekend. It turned out a looooot darker than expected. But I gave it a little taste, and I didn't feel a need to spit it out, so we're doing good so far.

We also were a little short on bottles and had to run down to the liquor store and buy some more bottles. And there was no sense in pouring out the beer in them.... so we drank that. 48 Bottles capped and in the aging phase! We'll crank one in 2 or 3 weeks and see how it is.

My roommate just brewed an Irish Red. It tasted good after 3 weeks but the chocolate and carmel really came out after 6 weeks.
