Irish Moss

Hey All,

I have never used Irish moss before. I got some a while back and it smells like fish food. I have never used it out of fear...is it supposed to smell awful? Think its good?

yep. it works. and it doesn't make your beer smell like fish.

I use it all the time and no issues.

I wouldn't taste it directly but you can if you like
