Amount Description

I've done Munich and Victory with good results. I like to occasionally throw in a non-traditional grain in my IPAs. Variety is the spice of life!

The amount of amber malt looks fine. I wouldn't put it in my ipa but i would love to try one that was someone else's!
I never put Crystal in my ipas. 2 row, munich, chinook and cascade, is my go to for my house ipa.

I've stopped using crystal in IPAs recently, as well. Been getting away from 2-row, also, towards Maris Otter. Because, why not?

Lately, they've either been all Maris Otter, or 2-row with Munich or Vienna, generally dependent upon which bin I see first at my LHBS.
