Had my first IPA few days ago and I am blown away.
I am not looking for something over the top, something nice and drinkable...Could anyone comment on my hop schedule for Suterday brew day. As mentioned no chill and i would really like to use hop tea instead of dry hopping.
Pale malt 85%
Munich 10%
Crystal 60L 5%
OG 1.065
IBU 60ish
4 gallons batch
Hops available: Northeren brewer 6%AA and Styrian goldings 4.5%AA
Schedule:
1 oz SG 4.5%AA FWA 14.77 IBUs
1 oz NB 6%AA FWA 16.11 IBUs
1 oz NB 6%AA 60 min 26.60 IBUs
1 oz SG 4.5%AA Hop tea at bottling 5.6 IBUs
Dont really know what I am doing and dont have much time on my hand to do proper research....
