I am brewing an IPA and this is the grain bill...
8 lb. 2-row
4 lb. Maris Otter
1 lb. 20L

Now my question is about the Hop additions and I have a few hops to work with. Heres what I have handy to work with and the brew store is only 1 mile away if i need something ie simcoe (i love this hop).
4 oz. Summit
4 oz. centennial
4 oz. Cascade
2 oz. Amarillo
1oz. Citra

Now just off the top of my head I was thinking something like this...
1 oz. summit 60 min
.5 oz summit 10 min
1 oz centennial 10 min
1 oz centennial flameout
.5 summit flameout

maybe a 1oz citra and 1oz centennial dry hop?

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks everyone

That actually sounds about right without knowing AA% of your bittering hops. I would personally use the amarillo, centennial, and cascades for the flavor/aroma/dry-hop additions and save the summits for bittering another batch. I might also think more along the lines of 2oz additions for the flavor/aroma/dry-hop. All just personal opinion, of course.

So I should take out the Summit at 10 min and flameout and add more centennial and maybe some cascade? Any suggestions?
1 oz. summit 14 aa% 60 min
1 oz cascade 7.2 aa% 10 min
1 oz centennial 9.2 aa% 10 min
1 oz centennial 9.2 aa%flameout
.5 cascade 7.2 aa% flameout

I get 69 IBU's is this correct?

Actually, to get 69 IBU's, I modified it to this (assuming 5 gal final volume):

1 oz. summit 14 aa% 60 min
1 oz centennial 9.2 aa% 10 min
1 oz centennial 9.2 aa%flameout
1 cascade 7.2 aa% flameout

I would consider dry-hopping with an oz of both C hops as well for a big aroma.

1 oz Summit 60 mins

.25 oz Amarillo 17 mins
.25 oz Cent 15 mins
.5 oz Amarillo 13 mins
.5 oz Cent 10 mins

.25 oz Amarillo 0 mins
.25 oz Cent 0 mins
1 oz Cascade 0 mins

2 oz Centennial - Dry Hopped 7 days

I like where your summit additions are. Good bittering hop, and just a little in flavoring to give some extra punch, but isn't a main component. I think that's how summits are best used. I would however go with Amarillo at KO and then a combo of centennial and Amarillo in dry hop. This will hive you the citrus/floral notes from the centennials, stonefruit/citrus from the amarillos, and the summits underneath just to punch up the dankness. I think could be a really good IPA. My only complaint would be to cut back on the crystal. A pound is a lot.

I already brewed the beer on sunday with the hop additions
1 oz. summit 14 aa% 60 min
1 oz cascade 7.2 aa% 10 min
1 oz centennial 9.2 aa% 10 min
1 oz centennial 9.2 aa%flameout
1 oz cascade 7.2 aa% flameout

But should I dry hop with amarillo and centennial still or should I stick with Centennial and cascade?

Also beerjunkey828 hop addtions look tasty so I might have a try at that this weekend. Also for the grain bill I will have to cut back the crystal 20L because the beer is too dark already. Any suggestions on the grain bill maybe .5lbs of 20L?
