Wouldn't mind trying my hand at something other than a clone. Looking for a slightly sweet with lots of mouthfeel. Plan on mashing at 152 degrees. Tons of citra with a big whirlpool also

Looks good to me, if you're wanting a sweeter IPA.

Yup Definitely going to be sweet with the golden promise and honey malt. I would switch out the oats for some flaked wheat. you will still get good body and better head retention.

I think maybe I'll drop the golden promise then. I certainly don't want it too sweet
