I just got some iodopher to sanitize my bottles. Do the bottles have to be completely dry before the beer get put in? Any DIY bottle dryers out there?

Bottle trees are your friend.

I think I paid about 25.00 for my 45 bottle tree.

No they do not need to be dry. Just allow the iodophor to make contact for the specified time.

For a bottle dryer I used a baby gate across the bath tub, works pretty well and it was something I had around anyway (for the dogs).

I soak my bottles for about 2 minutes in iodophor solution an shake it out the best I can and bottle. I do not wait until they dry. I have had no off taste or ill affects.
