Hi,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I live in South Carolina, USA. My entire brewing history consist of a batch of wine I started yesterday.
My beer brewing kit arrived UPS today, but the brew pot has not arrived yet, so I have not started anything yet.
Probably for the best, since I still have alot to read.

Thanks for having a forum like this, I am learning alot already.
