Hi everyone, or at least the 2 people who will read this! I'm English and new to brewing but got a shedload of garden produce as I'm working on being a retirement prepper. I've started some cider from my own apples using Magrove Jack MO2 and some quince wine with Lalvin EC-118 and already benefiting from the expertise on this site regarding that. Looking to make some Quince melomel with the rest of my yellow knobblies so any recipes much appreciated.
