Hi! My brother got me into Homebrewing. Before I got started, he made 2-3 extract brews. He then got the equipment he'd need to brew All-grain. So far on the new equipment we have made a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone, a Saison, a Stone Ruination clone, and a Affligem Abbey Triple clone is currently fermenting. We have a gravity fed system with modified kegs for brew-pots and a cooler for a mash tun. We've been using plastic better-bottles for primary/secondary. We keg the beer in a corny-keg and serve it from his kegerator. We are both very new to home brewing and unfamiliar with some technique/terminology. Hope to learn a few things here.

Welcome to the site! Before you get too involved with the process of all grain brewing make sure you have the basics mastered, such as fermentation temperature control, sanitation, and pitching the proper amount of yeast. There are endless amounts of information on this forum. The members here are great and have really helped me in the year I've been home brewing.
