I think it would be cool to just do a paper on how you homebrew in general and the different levels of it (extract, partial, all grain) along with other cool things you can brew with (fruit/veggies) And you could also do a paper on the history of homebrewing too. Or about homebrewers becoming professional... So many ideas! Wish I could write a paper on homebrewing!

OnTopic, I would probably write a paper on how Homebrewing has changed over the years: advances in yeast quality, once-held ideas being refuted or outright disproven, transition from a niche-hobby to more of a mainstream passtime, (I have met SO many people who homebrew since starting myself) etc.
