Interesting Find

I went looking on Yeastman yesterday and noticed something that made me quite happy. One of my favorite yeasts, WLP009 Australian Ale yeast was on the list. It is no longer listed as a Platinum strain. :rockin: I ordered 4 vials of this and will be brewing with it again very soon.

For me this is great news. Not sure if anyone else is a fan of this strain but I know I am happy.

Just as a side note. If you use this yeast, the breadiness really shows through at about 64°. I usually make an ESB with Maris Otter, Halcyon, or for this upcoming batch Golden Promise.
