I found this article to be interesting. It talks about craft beers, and Sierra Nevada's beer camp:

In this article, they talk about a beer called "Sleight of Hand", which is dark but not roasty, hence the name. You can make the beer yourself, known as "Fart Toss BIPA". The recipe is here:

I took the guy who made the slight of hand beer at beer camp rafting this summer, he left us with a bottle or two it was pretty good.
