I have a book from Brooklyn Brew Shop and they have several off the wall brew recipes. The one that really caught my eye was called 'tea and biscuits'. In the recipe they call for several grains that give that 'bread-y and biscuit-y' flavor as well as (and here is the interesting part) 5 tea bags to be steeped for 15 minutes. I was wondering if any of you had thoughts on this and if anyone has actually tried it.
