I have two Inkbird ITC-308 Digital Temperature controllers for sale. They control both heating and cooling and have a temperature probe. Both in perfect working condition. Asking $50 and I'll pay shipping (US only).

I've got one for sale in Massachusetts. I installed a connector inline between the temp probe and the controller so it can be moved around. The temp probe is a simple NTC 10K and I used automotive 2-pin connectors.
