Hey all.
I have a fridge in the garage I would like to use as a fermenter chamber but when I am not brewing I want it back as a fridge. Is the inkbird the way to go? It seems like it is plug and play. No wiring needed?

or just use the inkbird for everything. better control anyways. Put the probe In liquid. a water bottle filled with water / vodka works. drill a hole through the lid, tap it in the back corner of one of the shelves and seal with silicone or hot glue (silicone is my preference, but whatever you have around, elmers glue works as well.)

I got the inkbird a project box an 8 foot plug on amazon, the out let I got from a Home Depot for a few bucks works great easy to wire!
