I have two ITC 1000 temperature controllers. The heat & cool contactors are rated for 250VAC @ 10A. Does anyone see an issue with using them to switch a low power 12VDC relay coil?

Nope. I've been doing as much for a couple of years now using an MH1210 which has the same style relays...

Cheers!

Thanks day tripper. I'm about 95% through a bunch of fitting and wiring and had one of those oh crap moments.

The OP only indicated what the switched circuit voltage would be, not the operating voltage.
It's likely he wants to run the unit on AC...

Cheers!

Thanks day_tripper Yep. Contacts work switching 12VDC (50 ma - relay coil) with unit powered by 110/120 AC. Using STC to energize relays that switch & reverse polarity for TEC modules (heat or cool) & fans for a brew-jacket clone.
