Hey all,
I recently took a dive into a more complex system. It is a propane/ electric HERMS setup as follows:
-HLT temp control is accomplished through a passive readout gauge and manual control of propane
- Mash temp is controlled by a analog pump switch for recirc through the coil with 2 passive electric temp probes reading on the Inkbird PID and CAL9900 controller; they read mash temp and inlet mash temp it appears
Can someone point me in the direction of a good resource to rewire this system so that I can use the the controllers to trigger the pump based on the disparity between HLT temp and mash temp or something of that nature?
Thanks!
