Inkbird ITC-308 Failed again - woke up to frozen beer

Any clue how to contact them? Is this normal.
My calibrated thermometer shows the kegs are 21F, they are also frozen.
Inkbird probe taped to side of same keg shows 48F

Hey! You need to check the probe. Make sure the probe and cables intact and try to clean the probe and cable, then use a hairdryer to dry the entire unit for a while, then test the probe in the air temperature. After you complete the above steps check whether the reading is accurate.
